"Pretty simple to use, just a bit slow at times"
I had a good experience using the site. It was easy to move around, and I found the tool I needed without feeling frustrated or lost. The filters were helpful, and checkout was refreshingly simple with no weird extra steps.
The only mildly annoying part was that a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to go back once to compare models. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little irritating in the moment. Overall though, I felt happy with how smoothly everything went

"Repair was good, communication was slow"
They fixed my tool and it’s working fine now, but for some reason the email updates were really slow. I ended up having to follow up twice just to find out what was going on. The repair itself was solid, but the communication could’ve been better.

"My dad really liked it"
I got this Leatherman for my dad’s birthday, and he was really happy with it. It feels solid, like actually solid, and super useful. Definitely not one of those gifts that ends up sitting in a drawer and never gets touched. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. I’d definitely buy it again.

"Still the Tool I Reach For"
I bought my leatherman a few years ago, and as someone who’s always camping, fixing something around the house, or digging through the truck for a tool, it’s become one of those things I just trust. It’s scratched up now for sure, but it still opens smoothly and nothing feels loose or worn out. it’s held up way better than I expected and still works like the day I got it.

"Super easy to clean"
It comes apart really easily, and I had it cleaned in about five minutes. it’s way easier than my old one, which... yeah, I’m happy with it.

"I’m really happy with this Leatherman..."
I’m really happy with this Leatherman. I was worried it was going to be one of those “portable” tools that somehow feels like you’re carrying a small anvil in your pocket, because apparently that’s a thing. But nope, it’s light enough that I barely notice it’s there, while still feeling sturdy when I actually need to use it. I’ve taken it on hikes, and I also keep it on me for random little fixes during the day. It doesn’t feel bulky at all, which was my biggest concern. Easy 5 stars from me

"Checkout was smooth"
I bought a Leatherman the other night while half-watching TV, and the whole checkout process was easy. The page loaded without any weird delays, my payment went through fast, and I didn’t have to re-enter anything, which was nice. The only small thing is I wish the shipping options were explained a bit better, because I had to pause and look at them twice. Not a big deal though, overall it went fine.

"Comfortable, but I’m a little unsure now"
It does feel good in my hand, and I didn’t get any hand ache after using it, which I really liked. That said, I’m starting to feel a bit less confident in it overall because it doesn’t quite seem as solid or reliable as I expected

"Works well, but the blade sticks sometimes"
Overall, it’s a good tool and it gets the job done, but I did notice the blade gets stuck every so often. It’s not constant, but when it happens you definitely feel it, especially if you’re trying to make a smooth cut. I found myself stopping to wiggle it loose a bit, which is kind of annoying. Other than that little issue, it feels fine to use

"Nice packaging, just bad timing for me"
The box looked nice and was easy enough to open, so no complaints there. I probably noticed the plastic more because my recycling bin had literally just been emptied, so the timing was kind of annoying. Would be great if they used a bit less of it.

"They had the Leatherman I was after"
I found the Leatherman tool I needed in stock here when everywhere else seemed to be sold out. Ordering was quick and easy, though I’ll admit I got a little skeptical after paying since you never really know until the shipping updates come through. Thankfully everything showed up fine, and I’m happy with the purchase.

"Really easy shopping experience"
I was grateful for how easy Leatherman was to use. I found the tool I was looking for quickly, and the filters actually made things easier instead of getting in the way like they do on some sites. "Helpful support, just a little waiting between replies"
I reached out to Leatherman support with a warranty question, they were easy to deal with. The first response I got was helpful, clear, and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops, which I really appreciated.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that there was a bit of a wait between messages. Nothing terrible, but if you’re contacting them, I’d say just be a little patient and they’ll likely get you taken care of.

"Really liked the engraving options"
I really liked being able to customize it with engraving. It kind of made it feel more personal, and the whole process was easy. It turned out looking great, at least in my opinion.

"Good range of tools to choose from"
I already had it in my head that leatherman was probably the safest bet, looking through their lineup just kind of confirmed what I expected. They’ve got a solid range of tools, with enough options to compare sizes and features without making it feel overwhelming.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few models I wanted to look at were out of stock or didn’t have many color options. Still, I was sure I’d find something that worked for me there, and I did, so overall it was a good experience.

"I think it’s worth the money"
I wasn’t totally sure about spending this much at first, since it’s definitely not the cheapest tool out there. But after using it for small repairs, camping trips, and even a few things at work, I feel like it’s been worth it. It’s still tight and solid after months of use. You do pay more upfront, but so far, I don’t really regret it

"The engraving was exactly right"
I’m not sure why anyone would have a problem with it, because mine came out just right. The spelling was correct, the placement looked perfect, and it was exactly what I expected.

"Solid, well-made multitool"
You can tell this leatherman is tough as soon as you pick it up. It just has that solid feel, no loose bits, the tools click into place nicely, and everything feels really well put together. I’ve been using it around the house and out in the garage, and so far… no complaints at all. It’s holding up great. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Most Accessories Fit Just Fine"
My bit kit fits the tool really well, no issues there. The sheath is a little tight, but it still works fine once you get used to it

"Got the part I needed"
I found the replacement part easily and, yeah, it let me fix my old leatherman instead of having to buy a whole new one. Kind of nice when that actually works out.
